Please find attached the building consent/architectural plans and overall proposed design and look for the house. The fittings and fixtures will be standard. The price may be subject to change if you would want different fittings and fixtures; and the vendor can only offer changes if you come in early enough with an offer that the items have not already been ordered or that the items that you want changed don't go against the building consent permissions by Council. Please let us know if you have any further interest or need more information. The vendors will be offering a 10 year Master Build Guarantee. And their proposed tentative completion date at this point is May 2025.
